Peening a Friction Folder pivot

I forgot to take my camera into the shop today but I pretty much spent the entire time hitting a 4mm brass rod with a hammer.

I peened the pivot pin so that the blade is now locked in place.

The peening process involves leaving the brass rod sticking out the sides of the pivot hole, then hitting it with a hammer so that it spreads wider, locking the blade in.

I now need to curve the underneath a bit more as the shape isn't quite right.
